My areas of interest include supporting mental health through creative expression, trauma-informed care, and play-based approaches.

 

Training:

• Currently a student at the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute, working toward becoming an Art Therapist and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with ACCT.

Personal:

Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, camping, snowboarding, and walking my dog, Ellie. I also love staying physically active, baking sourdough bread, and being creative.
